My journey with Adentis began on day one. I was part of the founding team of Adentis Portugal in 2016, and it was a challenge I accepted without hesitation.

It was a unique opportunity for both personal and professional growth. Anyone involved in building a company from the ground up knows how many challenges come with it. Nobody knows you, there are no references to speak for your work, and everything comes down to one thing: earning the trust of clients, candidates, partners and colleagues, one day at a time.

I had the opportunity to contribute across several areas. I shared knowledge through training, mentoring and coaching. I led the R&D department, exploring topics that were quite innovative at the time and have since become part of everyday technology, such as Machine Learning. I also coordinated academies and internship programmes, experiences that made me realise how much I genuinely enjoy teaching and helping others grow.

Looking back, it was a demanding period, but also an extremely rewarding one. The results speak for themselves. I am confident that I left my mark, and I take great pride in having contributed to building what Adentis is today.

Seeing the company celebrate its 10th anniversary is a source of great satisfaction. Above all, because Adentis has managed to grow without losing what has always set it apart: its focus on people, its ambition to improve every day and its ability to overcome challenges without giving up.

To the new generation of Adentis colleagues, I wish you every success. The first 10 years are now part of our history. The next chapters are still waiting to be written.
