São João is one of the city of Porto’s most iconic traditions, a time defined by sharing, joy, and socializing. Inspired by this spirit, we once again brought the team together for another edition of ADN4FUN, celebrating not only the city's culture but also the bonds that unite us as an organization.

Amidst good humor, conversation, and moments of relaxation, we reinforced a key pillar of our culture: the relationships we build every day. We believe that strong teams grow beyond the workplace through experiences that foster closeness, trust, and team spirit. It is said that São João lanterns carry wishes and positive energy.

We like to believe they also carry our commitment to building an environment where people feel valued and where shared moments are part of our DNA.
