We recognize that sustainable success is built on cohesive, motivated teams aligned around shared goals. With that in mind, we created another special moment with our internal team in Lisbon, a day designed to strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and reinforce our culture.

The day began with group activities focused on strategic alignment, improving communication, and reinforcing mutual trust among colleagues. We believe these experiences are essential to building more integrated and effective teams, better equipped to respond to everyday challenges.

This was followed by a relaxed moment of connection, with an outdoor lunch that included a barbecue and space for informal sharing. In the afternoon, we took our team spirit to the streets of Lisbon through an urban escape room experience. The activity challenged our ability to think together, solve problems in real time, and collaborate under pressure, skills that are part of our DNA.

This event was a reflection of our ongoing commitment to continuous development, valuing people, and promoting a strong organizational culture where teamwork is truly lived.
