ADENTIS increases turnover by around 50% and reaches 8.7 million

ADENTIS achieved a turnover of 8.7% million euros in 2021, which represents a growth of 47% compared to the previous year. These numbers more than double those that were the goals set for the company in 2021, which stood at an increase of 19%. The number of employees also exceeded the goals initially set for 2021: ADENTIS expected to reach two hundred and managed to close the year with 241 professionals. “ADENTIS is growing at a faster pace than expected, which proves the quality of the services it we provide and the dedication and efficiencies that our employees deliver to the projects they are involved in”, says João Gomes, Chief Operations Officer at ADENTIS. “These are results that do not surprise us, since digital transformation will continue to take on great contours and innovation and technology companies with the resources to respond to this demand will strengthen their position in the market”.

During this year, the technology company wants to reach a historic turnover of 9.9 million euros. Employees will approach three hundred: 50 more people will be recruited for the new vacancies that will become available in a smart & remote working regime. The recruitment that technology is putting in place is increasingly global, since employees can work remotely from anywhere in the world: more than 25% of the team lives outside Portugal.

Update to grow

To achieve these goals and consolidate its position, ADENTIS has renewed its areas of activity, establishing three main axes – “Research & Development”, “Nearshore” and “Strategy”. It is from the latter that the novelties emerge, with emphasis on NeXel – the company’s Closed Project unit – which will develop customized information systems for customers and partners to consolidate their digital transformation process and generate added value to their customers. Business. Team as a Service and Tech Academies were also added to this as new services integrated into the company's “Strategy” area. Measures that promote the integration and progression of professionals in technology are still being reinforced. In addition to the offer of new benefits, ADENTIS is investing in greater proximity to its teams, by outlining a training plan and by carrying out a personalized follow-up of professionals, finding out what their needs are. To contribute to a better connection between employees, there is a reinforcement of sharing moments - On Boarding and Sharing Knowledge. The increase in opportunities for employees is due to the increase in Internal Projects and International/Nearshore Projects throughout 2022.
