With a turnover of €5.8 million and a growth of 22% in fiscal year 2020, ADENTIS overcame a challenging year at all levels. The number of employees increased by 12% and stood at 168. It was a positive year for the Innovation and Technology company and its customers, who saw it as fundamental support for their transformation in a phase where the distance social support justified greater investment in digital.

The challenge of having a team 100% working remotely was overcome in March 2020 and took place for most of the year, preserving the health of employees. The reinforcement of the structure of Porto and North was felt, with the growth of the team by 50% to 32 employees in the region. Invoicing in the north was €932,000, equivalent to 16% of the total. For 2021, the goals are to implement Smart and Remote Working measures, as soon as herd immunity starts to take effect. The remote work regime implemented last year proved the objectivity of having a program that reconciles professional activity and quality of life. The Nearshore offer will merit investment and a new structure, in response to the increased demand on the international market. In Porto, ADENTIS will have a new central office in order to better serve local employees and customers.

Overall, ADENTIS expects to increase its turnover by 19% and reach 200 employees in 2021.André Gomes, Operational Director of ADENTIS says: “In a challenging year at a social and economic level, the ADENTIS team came together and once again exceeded expectations with an increase of 22% in invoicing.
