Being part of this company from the very beginning, in 2016, was an incredible experience and, without a doubt, one of the most memorable chapters of my professional journey.

My very first memory, even before Adentis officially existed, takes me back to an outdoor terrace, where I was sitting with a few colleagues who were just as excited about the possibility of building something from scratch. We shared ideas and imagined together what we wanted to create.

Having the opportunity to define strategies, create processes, take on new roles and, above all, build and develop my own team were challenges that left a lasting impression on me. Seeing those ideas take shape and knowing that I also contributed, in my own way, to the company's history and success is something I am truly proud of. Another memory that will always stay with me is interviewing and identifying the very first consultant to join the company.

When I think about these 10 years, what comes to mind above all are the people, the challenges, the achievements and all those moments that have stayed with me. The milestones we celebrated, the tougher days we overcame together, spending time on the terrace, the laughter and those completely unexpected moments that made everything even more special. I still laugh when I remember us singing and dancing around the office! These are the little things that, so many years later, remain some of my favourite memories.

In 2021, I continued my journey within the group, embracing a new challenge and taking on new responsibilities. It was the beginning of a new chapter, but everything I experienced at Adentis stayed with me and played an important role in shaping the professional I am today. I will always carry these memories with me, along with a deep sense of gratitude for everything I learned, every challenge that helped me grow and, above all, every person who was part of that journey.

Congratulations, Adentis, on 10 years! May this story continue to be written with the same determination, dreams and enthusiasm with which we once imagined its very first chapters.
