Every journey is shaped by experiences that leave a mark, challenges that help us grow and stories worth sharing.

In the second episode of our “10 Years, 10 Memories” series, we give the floor to Rita, who looks back on a professional experience that started with a candidate, a client and a recruitment process that ended up surprising everyone involved.

A story that reminds us how stepping outside our comfort zone and trusting the process can sometimes open doors to unexpected opportunities. A lesson that goes beyond recruitment and highlights the importance of staying open to new challenges and possibilities.
